Key Responsibilities: • Play a vital role on the crisis team, including hands-on support during de-escalation situations • Conduct thorough Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs and inform intervention strategies • Develop and update individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) tailored to each student, ensuring ongoing relevance and effectiveness • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to contribute to the creation of behavior goals as part of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) • Guide and model effective data collection methods to monitor student progress and inform decisions • Provide daily behavioral support, consultation, and coaching to school staff and students, promoting best practices in behavioral interventions
