Pay and Benefits:
$45-$56/hr

Requirements:
Active Delaware BCBA licensure/certification required
Confirmation of active certification required at time of submission
Experience working with children with severe disabilities and autism preferred
Strong background in crisis intervention, ABA implementation, and school collaboration
Onsite
Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
Participate in de-escalation efforts and serve as a member of the school crisis team
Collaborate on behavioral goals and supports for student IEPs
Assist with behavioral data collection and progress monitoring
Provide ongoing behavioral support and consultation to school staff and students
Interview Process:
(10-15) minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter
(20-30) minute Microsoft Teams interview directly with the school
