This full-time, onsite position runs from August 19, 2026, through June 11, 2027, and focuses on direct support for students ages 2–22. Qualifications:

  • Active DE BCBA licensure/certification (confirmation required with application)
  • Experience in school-based settings, preferably supporting severe and autism populations
  • Skilled in crisis response and de-escalation strategies
  • Proficiency in Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavior Support Plans
  • Must be available for onsite work only
  • Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities:

  • Participate as a crisis team member, providing de-escalation support
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
  • Create, implement, and evaluate Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
  • Collaborate with educators on IEP behavior goals
  • Assist with data collection and provide ongoing behavioral support to staff and students
