  • Reliable transportation for on-site commitment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an on-site BCBA supporting students with severe disabilities and autism
  • Participate in crisis teams and support de-escalation efforts
  • Conduct FBAs and develop tailored BSPs
  • Collaborate to set behavior goals for students’ IEPs
  • Guide and support school staff in behavioral interventions
  • Maintain effective data collection and analysis processes
