  • Previous experience with elementary-aged students preferred

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans
  • Provide direct support and modeling for classroom staff
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to track progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
  • Offer ongoing training and consultation to teachers and support personnel
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide professional insight
  • Maintain thorough records and uphold all compliance standards
