This opportunity is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide supportive, evidence-based behavioral services within an elementary school setting. The role is based in Campbell, CA, offering both part-time and full-time contract positions available immediately through June 5th, 2026. This position is ideal for someone passionate about working with young students and making a positive impact on their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for elementary-aged students.
- Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to support student success and behavioral goals.
- Provide direct ABA therapy and ongoing data collection to monitor student progress.
- Train and support school staff in the implementation of behavior plans.
- Ensure all services comply with ethical guidelines and school policies.
Qualifications:
- Must hold an active BCBA certification.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement behavior plans effectively.
- Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based ABA practices.
