Licensed High School Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Carlisle, IA

Make a real impact working with students in elementary, middle, and high school settings as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This contract position offers the opportunity to collaborate with educators and families, providing essential behavior analytic services in a dynamic school-based environment. Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Valid licensure as required for school-based practice
• Experience supporting students in elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Proven ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication abilities for collaborating with staff, families, and outside providers
• Passion for supporting students with diverse needs in an educational setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized behavior interventions
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, counselors, and paraprofessionals
• Provide direct instruction and support to students as indicated by intervention plans
• Consult with staff and provide training on evidence-based behavioral strategies and techniques
• Track student progress regularly and make data-driven adjustments to maximize success
• Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed
