Key Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Valid licensure as required for school-based practice
- Experience supporting students in elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Proven ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication abilities for collaborating with staff, families, and outside providers
- Passion for supporting students with diverse needs in an educational setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized behavior interventions
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, counselors, and paraprofessionals
- Provide direct instruction and support to students as indicated by intervention plans
- Consult with staff and provide training on evidence-based behavioral strategies and techniques
- Track student progress regularly and make data-driven adjustments to maximize success
- Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed
