Qualifications and Experience:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Previous experience delivering ABA interventions in school environments
- Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments and analysis
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to train and consult with teachers, aides, and families
- Collaborative approach to working within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct and consultative ABA services to students with diverse needs
- Support classroom staff with implementation of behavior strategies and data collection
- Offer training and professional development on ABA techniques to teachers and support personnel
- Monitor progress and maintain documentation in accordance with best practices and compliance requirements
