Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Previous experience delivering ABA interventions in school environments
  • Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments and analysis
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to train and consult with teachers, aides, and families
  • Collaborative approach to working within multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct and consultative ABA services to students with diverse needs
  • Support classroom staff with implementation of behavior strategies and data collection
