Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Carpenter, Wyoming

Make a meaningful impact in education by providing expert behavior analysis services within a school setting. A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for helping students succeed socially, emotionally, and academically near Carpenter, WY.

Your background in Applied Behavior Analysis and experience working with children or adolescents will allow you to develop and implement effective interventions that foster positive outcomes for students, teachers, and families.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of behavior intervention plans (BIPs), assessments, and data-driven strategies
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with IEP development and participation in multidisciplinary teams is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to guide interventions
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs in collaboration with school staff and families
• Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school professionals in ABA strategies and techniques
• Participate in IEP meetings and help develop goals for students requiring behavioral support
• Maintain accurate documentation and ongoing progress reports for each student
• Provide crisis support and consultation as needed within the school environment
