Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – District-Wide School Support Position | Carpentersville, IL

Are you a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a rewarding opportunity to support students and school teams? Soliant is seeking a Full-Time BCBA to provide behavioral support services throughout the Carpentersville, Illinois area. This district-wide role offers the chance to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff while helping create positive outcomes for students across multiple school settings.

Position Details:

• Full-Time Position (1.0 FTE)
• District-Wide School-Based Assignment
• Location: Carpentersville, IL Area
• Support students and staff across multiple schools within the district
• Must maintain an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Role Responsibilities:

• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide behavioral consultation and guidance to school teams
• Assist educators with implementing effective, evidence-based behavioral strategies
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, special education staff, and related service providers
• Provide training and support to staff working with students with behavioral needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning sessions
• Help ensure consistent behavioral supports are implemented throughout the district

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Experience supporting students in educational settings preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, families, and school-based teams

Compensation for this position ranges from $48.12 to $68.12. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
