This full-time contract role offers 37.5 hours per week in a dynamic educational setting, serving elementary, middle, and high school students. Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Licensure required
• Experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
• Ability to work across elementary, middle, and high school environments
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to inform intervention strategies
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Serve as a consultative resource, providing coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
• Analyze behavioral data, track progress, and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate fully with IEP teams, attending meetings and supporting collaborative decision-making
