A full-time school-based opportunity is available in Cary, NC for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting elementary, middle, and high school populations. This role offers a structured schedule of 37.5 hours per week with a caseload that varies depending on district needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
  • Developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student goals
  • Providing consultation, coaching, and support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
  • Monitoring student progress through data collection and analysis, ensuring accurate documentation
  • Collaborating closely with IEP teams and actively participating in meetings to support student success

Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and possess strong communication and collaboration abilities. Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly preferred to ensure effective engagement with diverse student populations and education teams.
