What you’ll be doing:

• Conducting comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

• Providing consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
• Monitoring student progress, collecting and analyzing behavioral data, and thorough documentation
• Collaborating closely with IEP teams and participating in multidisciplinary meetings as necessary

Qualifications we’re seeking:

• Current, active BCBA certification
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
• Demonstrated strengths in communication and teamwork
