Elementary Middle School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Cary, North Carolina

Seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a dynamic, school-based contract role near Cary, NC. Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Experience working in schools or pediatric settings is preferred

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to evaluate student needs
• Develop and implement tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide ongoing consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff
• Monitor student progress by collecting and analyzing behavioral data
• Document services and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with IEP teams and participate in meetings as necessary to advocate for student success
