• Experience working in educational settings or with school-aged children highly preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles

• Strong organizational skills and reliability

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans across three campuses
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to ensure student needs are met

• Train and supervise other staff in ABA-based interventions and methodologies
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation
