Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification is required
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Previous experience working within school settings strongly preferred
  • Skilled in functional behavior assessments and developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills working with educators, students, and families
  • Ability to train and provide ongoing professional support to school staff
  • Adaptability, professionalism, and compassion when addressing diverse learning needs

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students referred for support
  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to implement best practices
  • Deliver staff trainings and consultative guidance on behavior management strategies
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide ongoing interventions
  • Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all ethical and professional standards
