This critical role empowers children and school teams with evidence-based behavioral interventions, supporting academic and social achievement. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff to create positive, functional changes in students’ daily lives.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification is required
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Previous experience working within school settings strongly preferred
- Skilled in functional behavior assessments and developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication and collaborative skills working with educators, students, and families
- Ability to train and provide ongoing professional support to school staff
- Adaptability, professionalism, and compassion when addressing diverse learning needs
What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students referred for support
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to implement best practices
- Deliver staff trainings and consultative guidance on behavior management strategies
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide ongoing interventions
- Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all ethical and professional standards
