• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to accurately identify student needs.
• Develop and update effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Perform in-depth observations in classrooms and school settings.
• Provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Maintain detailed documentation and track student progress.
• Partner with educators and school staff to implement evidence-based behavioral strategies.
• Support families and provide training as needed to reinforce positive outcomes.

Successful candidates will bring:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Prior experience working in school settings highly preferred.
• Ability to conduct and interpret FBAs and design/monitor BIPs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
