A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support school-based programs full time (37.5 hours per week). This position focuses on empowering staff and students by applying evidence-based strategies and collaborating with educational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) to determine student needs and challenges
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Regularly observe students within classroom and school settings, providing actionable feedback
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring program fidelity and professional growth
  • Work closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other specialists to build capacity for positive behavioral support
  • Maintain clear, organized records and document progress towards behavioral goals
  • Attend team meetings and contribute expertise to student success planning

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification (required)
  • Prior school-based experience as a BCBA highly valued
  • Expertise in conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
  • Strong communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, families, and administrators
  • Ability to provide supportive, constructive supervision to RBTs
  • Organized, analytic, and innovative approach to supporting diverse student needs
