Qualifications:

• Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience supporting students in school environments
• Deep understanding of ABA principles, assessment, and intervention strategies
• Strong skills in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Excellent communication abilities for team collaboration and parent consultation
• Ability to train and mentor school staff on effective behavioral supports

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop tailored behavioral intervention plans for students
• Monitor program implementation and adjust strategies as needed to ensure student progress
• Provide consultation, coaching, and training to educational staff to support positive behavioral change
• Facilitate data collection, analysis, and goal-setting for continuous improvement
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families to maximize student success
• Support the integration of behavioral supports within classroom and school-wide practices
