Skills and Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Previous experience working in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of behavioral assessment tools and data-driven intervention planning
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Current licensure or eligibility within Wyoming standards
- Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability in diverse student environments
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Implement and monitor individualized intervention strategies
- Provide ongoing consultation and professional development for school personnel
- Collect and analyze progress data, adjusting plans as needed for optimal outcomes
- Maintain detailed records to ensure compliance with state and district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer expertise in behavioral programming
- Support inclusion and positive student engagement in classroom settings
