Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, data analysis, and behavior intervention skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Effective communicator with students, staff, and families
  • Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to dynamic educational settings

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
  • Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and families on behavioral strategies
  • Monitor student progress, analyze data, and update plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with IEP teams, attend meetings, and document findings and recommendations
  • Support positive behavioral interventions and foster inclusive learning environments
  • Stay current on best practices and maintain compliance with school policies and regulatory standards
