Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings is preferred
• Demonstrated skill in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Ability to train and support school staff on behavioral strategies
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practices

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and collect data to drive individualized behavior plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to promote positive student outcomes
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans for students with diverse needs
• Provide training and consultation to school staff on behavioral supports and interventions
• Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education for school-based behavioral health
