Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Current BCBA certification required
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong assessment, data analysis, and behavior intervention skills

- Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to dynamic educational settings
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans

- Collaborate with IEP teams, attend meetings, and document findings and recommendations
- Support positive behavioral interventions and foster inclusive learning environments
