Skills and Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Previous experience working in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of behavioral assessment tools and data-driven intervention planning
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Current licensure or eligibility within Wyoming standards
• Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability in diverse student environments

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Implement and monitor individualized intervention strategies
• Provide ongoing consultation and professional development for school personnel
• Collect and analyze progress data, adjusting plans as needed for optimal outcomes
• Maintain detailed records to ensure compliance with state and district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer expertise in behavioral programming
• Support inclusion and positive student engagement in classroom settings
