What You’ll Bring:

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Master’s degree in special education, school psychology, social work, counseling, applied behavior analysis, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience working with children in educational settings, especially K-8 populations
  • Ability to collaborate with behavior specialists, social workers, and educators in a multidisciplinary team
  • Passion for developing systems and programs in a newly created role
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral support and develop individualized intervention plans within a K-8 educational environment (K-3 focus)
  • Share dynamic caseloads with a team including behavioral specialists, social workers, and educator collaborators
  • Participate in whole-team meetings every Wednesday (extended day until 4:45)
  • Offer flexibility in start/end times, providing support to meet evolving school needs
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of systems and frameworks for sustained behavior support
  • Engage families and staff in the development of behavior programming
