What you’ll bring:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master’s degree in special education, school psychology, social work, counseling, applied behavior analysis, or a related field (preferred)
- Willingness to work full-time or part-time hours, with flexibility as needed
- Experience in school environments, especially with K-8 students, is a plus
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborating with behavioral specialists, social workers, and educators to develop and implement effective behavioral supports
- Anchoring the organization’s first-ever BCBA role and designing foundational systems
- Working with a unique, shared caseload (primarily K-3) in a highly engaging and collaborative setting
- Attending team meetings and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
