Key Qualifications: • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Previous experience working in school settings strongly preferred

Primary Responsibilities: • Assess student needs and design individualized treatment plans using applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
• Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and families in implementing behavioral strategies
• Collect, analyze, and report data to monitor student progress and adapt interventions as needed
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and create behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and best practices
• Provide direct and consultative behavioral support across multiple students and classrooms
• Foster a safe and positive environment conducive to learning and growth
