Key Qualifications:

  • BCBA or BCaBA certification (or eligible/actively pursuing credential) OR equivalent ABA experience
  • 2–3+ years’ clinical experience supporting neurodiverse children (ages 3–13)
  • Deep knowledge of ABA, data collection/analysis, and behavioral intervention planning
  • Familiarity with Direct Instruction and Precision Teaching frameworks (preferred)
  • Collaborative mindset, effective communicator, and multidisciplinary team player
  • Understanding of sensory processing, OT, and cognitive-linguistic approaches
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct FBAs and create tailored BIPs for individual students
  • Implement and monitor ABA-based, data-driven interventions
  • Lead data collection and analysis using Precision Teaching
  • Collaborate with teachers, OT, and speech therapists
  • Model strategies for staff and coach RBTs/BCaBAs
  • Communicate progress with families, lead trainings and meetings
  • Uphold program fidelity, ethics, and regulatory compliance
  • Pursue ongoing professional development
