Elementary Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Chapel Hill, NC

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly preferred
• Valid state licensure
• Proficiency working with elementary, middle, and high school populations
• Excellent communication, consultation, and teamwork abilities

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to determine student needs and develop targeted supports
• Design and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that foster positive behavioral outcomes and address individual challenges
• Provide training, consultation, and hands-on coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary school teams
• Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to inform strategies and document progress
• Collaborate with IEP teams and other stakeholders, contributing to planning and participating in meetings as required
