Elementary Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Charleston, South Carolina

What you’ll do:

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to inform strategy and planning
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students as needed
• Provide ongoing consultation and coaching to educators, paraprofessionals, and teams to build capacity and foster best practices
• Monitor student progress, conduct detailed data analysis, and complete timely documentation
• Collaborate closely with IEP teams and actively participate in interdisciplinary meetings

Desired skills & qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Licensed to practice as required
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility to work with a caseload that may vary depending on district needs and school assignments
