Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Valid state licensure as required
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Adept at working with all grade levels: elementary, middle, and high school
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement targeted Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide ongoing consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate documentation, and analyze data to inform strategies
  • Collaborate with IEP teams, participating in meetings and contributing behavioral expertise
