As a valued contract professional, you'll work closely with educational teams to build positive learning environments for students of varying ages and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students referred for support
  • Develop and implement effective, evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Offer expert consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
  • Maintain diligent progress monitoring through data analysis and thorough documentation
  • Participate as an essential member of IEP teams and collaborate in meetings

Qualifications Sought:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, active and in good standing
  • Experience working in school-based or pediatric environments preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster teamwork and collaboration
  • Licensed to practice as required for the state or position
  • Confidence supporting a diverse caseload, with flexibility to adapt to district needs
