What You’ll Do:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students in need of targeted support
• Design and implement tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Consult and provide coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff on evidence-based practices
• Monitor student progress, analyze data, and maintain thorough documentation to track success and inform future interventions
• Collaborate with IEP teams, contributing your expertise during meetings and working towards shared goals for student support

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Licensure as required for work in educational settings
• Experience in schools or with pediatric populations is preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach
