As a vital member of the school community, you will work full time (37.5 hours per week) during regular school hours. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students across various grade levels
- Design and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs
- Provide expert consultation and ongoing coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
- Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate closely with IEP teams, participating in relevant meetings and contributing to holistic student support
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is strongly preferred
- Licensed to practice within the appropriate jurisdiction
- Familiarity with elementary, middle, and high school contexts
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work well within collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
