Make an impact supporting students with behavioral needs in a school-based environment. This contract BCBA opportunity runs through the end of the 2026-2027 school year with a flexible, manageable schedule. You’ll support three students, leading direct intervention sessions and contributing to a collaborative multidisciplinary team. The position calls for specialized expertise providing services to students with selective mutism.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and active NH licensure
- Demonstrated success supporting students with selective mutism in a school setting
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and the IEP process
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and service teams
- Detail-oriented approach to documentation and progress monitoring
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments for assigned students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide up to 6 hours of direct student services per week, with additional time for documentation and meetings (total of one, 8-hour day weekly)
- Collaborate with teaching staff, related service providers, and families to optimize student progress
- Maintain thorough records and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Ensure compliance with state and school policies for behavioral supports
