Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Current licensure as required for school-based services
- Experience in school or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to gain insights into student needs
- Design and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Offer consultation, coaching, and support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff
- Engage in progress monitoring and data analysis to inform decision-making
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation
- Collaborate with IEP teams and participate in meetings to advocate for students’ behavioral goals
