High School Middle School Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Charlotte, North Carolina

A full-time BCBA role is available in a school-based setting in Charlotte, NC, offering the opportunity to support students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. This contract position involves working approximately 37.5 hours per week, with caseloads varying according to district needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to evaluate student behavior
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams to enhance behavioral support strategies
• Monitor student progress through data collection, analysis, and thorough documentation
• Collaborate closely with IEP teams and actively participate in relevant meetings to ensure integrated behavioral support

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) is required
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred, enabling an understanding of educational environments and student needs
