As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) contracted for a local school near Charlotte, NC, you'll work closely with educators and students, helping to shape positive behavior and support student success.

In this full-time school-based position (37.5 hours per week), you'll engage with diverse student populations, adapting your expertise to meet a variety of district needs. Each day will bring opportunities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams as you help create supportive learning environments for all students.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active BCBA certification required
• Licensed to practice as a BCBA
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Confidence serving elementary, middle, and high school populations
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with team members, families, and students

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
• Develop and implement comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide expert consultation and real-time coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
• Monitor progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate as an integral member of IEP teams, attending meetings to share insights and recommendations
