Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Current licensure as required for school-based services
• Experience in school or pediatric settings is highly valued

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to gain insights into student needs
• Design and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Offer consultation, coaching, and support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff
• Engage in progress monitoring and data analysis to inform decision-making
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation
• Collaborate with IEP teams and participate in meetings to advocate for students’ behavioral goals
