Middle School Elementary Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Charlotte, NC

What we’re seeking:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Licensed to practice, with eligibility for school-based settings
• Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings highly valued
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively across elementary, middle, and high school levels

In this role, you’ll:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs and develop effective strategies
• Design and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual and group requirements
• Offer ongoing consultation, coaching, and support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff
• Monitor student progress, perform data analysis, and maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with IEP teams and contribute your expertise during meetings and program development
• Adapt to varying caseloads depending on district requirements, ensuring comprehensive student support
