Licensed Elementary Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Charlotte, NC

Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a dynamic school environment near Charlotte, NC. This contract position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week within a school-based setting, working with elementary, middle, and high school students. Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Appropriate state licensure for school-based practice
• Experience working in elementary, middle, or high school settings
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for referred students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Offer consultation and training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff to implement best practices in behavior management
• Track progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with IEP teams and participate in meetings to support student success
