Your workweek totals 37.5 hours, with caseload details varying in response to each district’s unique needs. You’ll play a vital role in supporting school teams and student success.

What we're looking for:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Licensure appropriate for working in a school-based setting
  • Demonstrated experience in elementary, middle, or high school environments
  • Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to professional growth and best practices in behavioral intervention

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Consult and provide coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and educational teams
  • Collect and analyze data for ongoing progress monitoring and documentation
  • Collaborate with IEP teams, participating in meetings and decision-making processes
