Elementary High School Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Charlotte, NC

Key Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Licensed to practice where applicable
• Experience in school or pediatric settings is preferred
• Skilled at building relationships and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored for diverse school-aged students
• Consult with and coach teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff on best practices for behavioral support
• Track student progress, analyze data, and maintain detailed documentation
• Attend IEP team meetings and provide expertise to help guide student-centered planning

This full-time position follows a 37.5-hour weekly schedule within a school-based setting.
