This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week, with hours typically ranging from 7:15 AM to 4:15 PM—and potential for flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. You’ll make a daily impact by fostering positive student development, collaborating closely with educational staff, and guiding registered behavior technicians (RBTs).

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Direct experience working within school settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of behavior intervention strategies
  • Ability to effectively supervise and mentor RBTs
  • Skilled in data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
  • Committed to fulfilling all training and professional requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of 10–12 students, providing expert behavior analytic services
  • Supervise 1–2 RBTs, ensuring quality of service and compliance
  • Design, implement, and adjust individualized behavior plans
  • Collect and interpret behavioral data; collaborate with staff and families
  • Attend and participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development
  • Participate in a 4-day Therapeutic Crisis Intervention for Schools (TCIS) Training, fully covered by the district
  • Foster positive, inclusive student learning environments

In this role, you’ll receive a competitive hourly wage between $45 and $55, reflecting your expertise and dedication. The contract runs ASAP through May 21, 2026, offering stability and the chance to make a sustained, positive difference.
