Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Chattanooga, Tennessee

This full-time contract opportunity offers 37.5 hours per week, with working hours typically between 7:15 AM and 4:15 PM, and the possibility for a flexible schedule.

In this role, you'll manage a caseload of 10-12 students, implementing evidence-based strategies and positive behavioral interventions across diverse classroom environments. You'll provide supervision and support to 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring the highest standards of behavioral support are met throughout the school year. The district will sponsor your attendance at a required four-day Therapeutic Crisis Intervention for Schools (TCIS) training session to bolster your skill set.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Prior school-based experience or a strong interest in working within academic settings
• Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing intervention plans
• Skilled in data collection, analysis, and progress reporting
• Comfortable supervising and providing feedback to RBTs or related professionals
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

• Complete behavioral assessments and create tailored behavior intervention plans
• Train and oversee 1-2 RBTs, providing ongoing mentorship and support
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
• Track, document, and review intervention outcomes, making adjustments as needed
• Participate in required TCIS training (cost covered by the district)
