Desired Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working in K-12 settings preferred
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) and Positive Behavior Support (PBS) frameworks
