Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Chattanooga, TN

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Previous experience working in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavioral assessment techniques
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
• Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain, if required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop targeted Behavior Intervention Plans for students
• Provide direct and consultative ABA services within the school environment
• Train and support school staff in the implementation of behavioral strategies
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate results and recommendations with parents and educational teams
• Maintain student documentation according to school and regulatory standards
