Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Previous experience providing ABA services within school or pediatric settings
  • Strong understanding of behavioral assessments, intervention planning, and data collection
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff
  • Flexible and adaptable mindset to navigate various learning environments
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and best practices in applied behavior analysis

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students
  • Supervise and train RBTs, paraprofessionals, and school personnel on behavior strategies
  • Monitor and analyze behavioral data to evaluate intervention effectiveness, making adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
  • Provide professional development and consultation to school staff on implementing behavior supports
  • Document services in accordance with district and professional standards
