Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time District-Based Position

Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2026/2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to provide district-wide behavioral support services through a structured referral process. The district offers extensive support systems, including a partnership with Vanderbilt TRIAD and a comprehensive Help Desk model designed to promote collaboration and manageable caseloads. Requirements:

Active BCBA certification/licensure required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong consultation, assessment, and behavioral intervention skills
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple campuses
Fingerprinting required prior to start

Responsibilities:

Provide behavioral consultation and support services through a district referral process
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff across assigned schools
Analyze behavioral data and provide recommendations for student success
Participate in monthly consultations and professional collaboration opportunities

Interview Process:

(10-15) minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter
(20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school district
Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.

Work Hours:

Full-Time
35 hours per week
August 5, 2026 – May 19, 2027
Average Schedule: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
