Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Prior experience providing ABA services in a school, clinical, or pediatric setting preferred
  • Proficiency in conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and families in behavioral interventions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, including FBAs, to identify student needs and appropriate supports
  • Develop, monitor, and revise individualized BIPs based on data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and behavioral goals
  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students and staff
  • Deliver professional development and coaching in behavioral strategies to educators and support personnel
  • Maintain clear, thorough documentation and comply with all regulatory and ethical standards
