Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Chesterfield, MO

Step into a highly impactful contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), supporting students and staff during a maternity leave for the 2026-2027 school year. This role provides a Monday through Friday schedule, with hours from 8:15 am to 3:30 pm, starting mid-August and extending through late October.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting is preferred
• Strong ability to conduct direct services, develop and implement behavior programs, and handle crisis intervention
• Exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills for collaborating with classroom teachers and staff
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to support a varied caseload of 35-45 students

Your Role Will Involve:

• Working closely with teachers to design, implement, and monitor behavioral programs for students
• Delivering real-time coaching and training to staff on behavior intervention strategies
• Consulting with classroom teams and collaborating with other BCBAs for the best possible student outcomes
• Playing an integral part in daily school routines, including supporting arrival and dismissal times
• Responding effectively to crisis situations and providing direct intervention when necessary
• Assisting with building needs and completing other assigned duties related to student support
