Step into a vital role shaping student success as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a well-supported district near Chesterfield, MO. This contract opportunity offers full-time hours from 8:15 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, covering a maternity leave during the 2026-2027 school year. The assignment runs from August 18, 2026, through October 23, 2026, with the possibility of a slight extension based on the baby’s arrival.

In this dynamic setting, you’ll apply your expertise to a caseload of 35 to 45 students, collaborating with educators and fellow BCBAs. Your knowledge will be key to designing and supporting behavioral programs, coaching and training classroom staff, and making a tangible difference in learners’ daily experiences.

Key Qualifications:

  • Holds active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Previous experience in school-based or educational environments preferred
  • Strong skills in behavior analysis, program development, and staff training
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Confidence managing crisis interventions and supporting a diverse range of student needs
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update behavior intervention programs tailored to students’ needs
  • Coach and provide real-time feedback for teachers and classroom staff
  • Consult with and support fellow BCBAs and classroom teams
  • Assist with building routines, including arrival/dismissal support
  • Respond promptly and effectively to crisis situations if they arise
  • Deliver direct services and fulfill other responsibilities as assigned
