Key Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification
• Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Familiarity with conducting functional behavior assessments and creating behavior intervention plans
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students with a range of behavioral and developmental needs
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and interpret the data to drive interventions
• Deliver support and training to school staff and families on ABA strategies and effective interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on behavioral goals and progress
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing treatment decisions
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and other related service providers to foster a supportive school environment
• Foster an inclusive, positive learning climate where all students can reach their full potential
