Requirements and Desired Experience:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Previous experience delivering ABA services in schools strongly preferred
• Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop targeted intervention strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to culturally responsive and ethical behavior intervention services
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) as a BCBA

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess student needs and create individualized behavior intervention plans
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to implement supports
• Provide consultation and training on behavioral strategies to staff
• Monitor progress and document outcomes using data collection tools
• Adjust services as necessary to optimize student growth and well-being
• Uphold regulatory and compliance standards related to special education
