Key Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Familiarity with conducting functional behavior assessments and creating behavior intervention plans
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students with a range of behavioral and developmental needs
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and interpret the data to drive interventions
- Deliver support and training to school staff and families on ABA strategies and effective interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on behavioral goals and progress
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing treatment decisions
- Collaborate with educators, counselors, and other related service providers to foster a supportive school environment
