Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • Valid BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience in an educational or pediatric setting preferred

  • Familiarity with evidence-based ABA strategies
  • Comfortable working with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral supports to students and staff
  • Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and family members on behavioral strategies
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with IEP teams and participate in meetings as a BCBA expert
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
