Qualifications & Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
  • Experience implementing behavior intervention plans within educational settings
  • Skilled in collaborative team environments, ideally across multiple grade levels (Early Childhood through 8th)
  • Knowledge of cooperative programming and inclusive practices beneficial
  • Superior communication, consultation, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans for a diverse caseload
  • Support early childhood through middle school-aged students using evidence-based strategies
  • Consult and train educators, support staff, and families on behavioral interventions and data collection
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to inform programming
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive supports
  • Contribute to ongoing program development and evaluation within cooperative settings
