Step into a rewarding role supporting students and staff as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the upcoming school year near Chicago, IL. This full-time or part-time, on-site contract position begins August 11th or 12th and continues through May 28th (subject to change based on emergency days). You'll work within a dynamic educational setting, collaborating with dedicated professionals to promote student growth and success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Prior experience in educational or school-based environments highly preferred
  • Strong skills in behavior assessment, intervention plan development, and progress monitoring
  • Ability to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide guidance as needed
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school climate

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of student behavior to inform individualized intervention plans
  • Develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs
  • Oversee and mentor RBTs, collaborating to address situations as they arise throughout the district
  • Work closely with educators, staff, and families to ensure best practices and student well-being
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data on student progress and program effectiveness
  • Attend and contribute to school meetings and professional development as needed

Position Details:

  • Flexible scheduling options: part-time or full-time
  • School hours: 8:10am-3:15pm; extended to 4:15pm on Wednesdays
