Step into a rewarding role supporting students and staff as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the upcoming school year near Chicago, IL. This full-time or part-time, on-site contract position begins August 11th or 12th and continues through May 28th (subject to change based on emergency days). Key Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Prior experience in educational or school-based environments highly preferred
- Strong skills in behavior assessment, intervention plan development, and progress monitoring
- Ability to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide guidance as needed
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school climate
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of student behavior to inform individualized intervention plans
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs
- Oversee and mentor RBTs, collaborating to address situations as they arise throughout the district
- Work closely with educators, staff, and families to ensure best practices and student well-being
- Maintain accurate documentation and data on student progress and program effectiveness
- Attend and contribute to school meetings and professional development as needed
Position Details:
