Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Chicopee, Massachusetts

Make an immediate impact as a BCBA/Autism Specialist supporting students across multiple school sites for the 2026–2027 school year. Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification (please be prepared to submit a screenshot as verification)
• Prior experience working as a school-based BCBA/Autism Specialist is highly advantageous
• Skilled in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and creating effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Proven ability to provide coaching and support to teachers and paraprofessionals on behavioral strategies
• Experience supporting autism classrooms and collaborating within multidisciplinary educational teams
• Reliable transportation for travel between four school sites
• Compliance with all required drug screenings, fingerprinting, and background checks

What You’ll Do:

• Provide ongoing behavior consultation and classroom coaching across four schools
• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs to support student achievement
• Work directly with staff to implement behavioral strategies and interventions
• Collaborate closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary teams to foster positive educational outcomes for students with autism
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism, promptly communicate in case of absence, and adhere to district protocols
