Desired Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience working with children or adolescents in a school, clinical, or similar environment
• Ability to develop and implement functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, staff, and families
• Capable of adapting strategies across a range of grade levels, including 1st-3rd and 10th-12th Grades
• Organizational skills to manage caseloads and document progress
• Familiarity with data collection systems and behavior tracking

• Evaluate students’ behavioral and learning needs across designated grade levels
• Create and monitor effective intervention plans tailored to each student’s unique requirements

• Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
• Conduct periodic reviews and make necessary adjustments to behavioral interventions
