This contract opportunity allows a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children and adolescents across elementary and high school grade levels, enhancing student engagement and positive outcomes in both academic and social settings.

Desired Experience & Skills:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Prior experience supporting students in grades 1 through 3 and 10 through 12 strongly preferred
  • Expertise in developing and implementing individualized behavioral intervention plans
  • Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and present findings in accessible language
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, staff, and families
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in progress monitoring and data collection

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students’ behavioral needs across multiple grade levels
  • Design, implement, and monitor comprehensive behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct support, coaching, and consultation to teachers and support staff
  • Collect, analyze, and report student progress data, making ongoing modifications as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to individualized education plans
  • Communicate regularly with families regarding progress and strategies for generalization
  • Stay current with best practices and legal standards in school-based behavioral support
