Desired Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
  • Previous experience working with children or adolescents in a school setting
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Train and support educators, paraprofessionals, and families in implementing behavioral strategies
  • Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with IEP teams to ensure behavioral goals align with academic and social objectives
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to relevant school and special education policies
  • Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary
