Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Previous experience working in school or educational settings
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to assess student needs and develop effective behavior intervention plans
• Familiarity with tracking data, reporting, and compliance with educational regulations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create individualized behavior support plans
• Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and functional analyses for students
• Provide direct and consultative ABA services within the school environment
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to adjust interventions as needed
• Coach and provide professional development for school staff on behavioral strategies
• Support the implementation of positive behavioral interventions and monitor progress
• Ensure documentation and reporting meets regulatory standards
