Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current and active BCBA certification required
- Prior experience providing behavior support services in educational or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and their practical application in schools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with educators, staff, and families
- Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans and monitor progress

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to inform intervention strategies
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
- Collect and interpret behavioral data, making data-driven decisions for ongoing interventions
- Provide onsite training and guidance to school staff on ABA-based strategies and best practices
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
