Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current and active BCBA certification required
• Prior experience providing behavior support services in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and their practical application in schools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with educators, staff, and families
• Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans and monitor progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to inform intervention strategies
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
• Collect and interpret behavioral data, making data-driven decisions for ongoing interventions
• Provide onsite training and guidance to school staff on ABA-based strategies and best practices
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
