Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification is required

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to create individualized strategies
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans
- Offer ongoing training and consultation to educational staff and parents
- Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and legal guidelines
