Make a meaningful impact supporting students in a specialized environment designed to foster growth and development. This contract opportunity is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work full-time with the Adaptive Behavioral Learning Environment (ABLE) Program for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Offering services to students from Kindergarten through 12th grade, the ABLE Program provides essential support for those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disabilities. The focus is on building skills in communication, social interaction, sensory regulation, and academic success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disabilities
  • Familiarity with individualized educational plans and data-driven behavioral interventions
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities
  • Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and partner effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess student needs and create tailored behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct and consultative ABA services within the ABLE Program setting
  • Collaborate closely with educators, related service providers, and families
  • Monitor student progress, gather data, and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Offer professional guidance and training to staff to ensure best practices
  • Support a positive and safe learning environment for all students

Position Details:

  • Full-time role, 32.5 hours per week, consistent schedule
  • School-year contract for 2026-2027
  • Work with students ranging from Kindergarten to 12th grade
  • Dedicated to service within a respected Adaptive Behavioral Learning Environment
