This contract opportunity, located near Cincinnati, OH, seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to fulfill a substitute role from now through mid-October. Work directly with educators and support staff, helping to foster a positive learning environment and facilitate student growth.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current BCBA certification required.
- Prior experience working in a school setting or with children who have multiple disabilities is strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organization and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess student needs and develop individualized behavioral intervention plans.
- Support staff and educators in the implementation of behavior management strategies.
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to adjust plans and interventions as needed.
- Provide direct and consultative services to ensure continuity of care during the assignment.
- Offer guidance and training to staff on best practices in behavioral support.
- Maintain thorough records in compliance with school and regulatory standards.
