Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Clarksburg, MD

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will provide essential therapeutic and special education services in a highly structured setting, helping students succeed within a general education environment.

You will begin as soon as possible, with the opportunity to shadow the current BCBA prior to covering their leave starting in December, ensuring a smooth transition. The assignment extends through the end of the academic year in early June. Key Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification and licensure are required
• Experience in school settings, particularly with students requiring intensive emotional and behavioral support
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
• Comfortable collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to attend occasional after-school meetings as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee behavioral intervention plans in partnership with other educators and support staff
• Deliver direct and consultative BCBA services within the Pyramid Program
• Provide training, support, and guidance to teachers and paraprofessionals
• Monitor student progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust strategies as appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
