Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Active and valid state license for behavioral analysis practice
• Experience working in school settings—elementary, middle, and/or high school settings a plus
• Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments and data collection
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ behavioral and learning needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students across K-12
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure consistent support and communication
• Train and support staff in the effective implementation of behavioral strategies and best practices
• Collect, analyze, and report data on behavioral progress and intervention effectiveness
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide relevant expertise as needed
