Step into a dynamic educational environment as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) providing crucial support to students in a school-based setting. This full-time contract opportunity features a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week, with daily hours running between 7:15 am and 4:15 pm and the possibility for flexible arrangements to help balance your professional and personal commitments.

You will manage a specialized caseload of 10-12 students, offering direct services and intervention planning. Additionally, you’ll have the rewarding responsibility of supervising 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), guiding their development and ensuring the highest quality of care.

The district prioritizes professional growth and will sponsor your attendance at the essential 4-day Therapeutic Crisis Intervention for Schools (TCIS) Training as part of your onboarding. This role runs through the end of the academic year, wrapping up on May 21, 2026. Compensation for this position ranges from $45 to $55 per hour, reflecting your expertise and commitment.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Demonstrated school-based experience preferred, especially with supporting diverse learners
  • Strong background in behavioral intervention and student support plans
  • Capacity to manage a moderate caseload and oversee support staff effectively
  • Commitment to completing TCIS Training (district-sponsored)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs with constructive feedback and regular check-ins
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educators, and families to achieve student success
  • Maintain clear documentation and data collection
  • Participate in committee meetings, IEPs, and staff trainings as needed
