Bring your expertise to a caseload of 10-12 students, advancing behavioral outcomes and supporting individual student needs. You’ll also play a valued leadership role through supervision of 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The district highly values ongoing professional growth, covering the cost for you to complete the four-day Therapeutic Crisis Intervention for Schools (TCIS) training—a requirement for the role, and a meaningful opportunity to deepen your skill set.

Key qualifications and desired experience:

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Previous experience in educational or school-based environments preferred
• Confidence and proficiency in supervising RBTs
• Comprehensive understanding of behavior intervention and data collection
• Effective communication skills with staff, students, and families
• Willingness to complete the required TCIS training (if not already certified)

Role responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Overseeing, training, and mentoring RBTs
• Collaborating with educational staff to support student success
• Monitoring progress and adapting interventions as necessary
• Ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards
