Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Cleveland, TN

Make a meaningful impact working with students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a contract basis, supporting individual growth and positive behavioral outcomes. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week, with working hours ranging from 7:15 am to 4:15 pm and flexibility in scheduling to help achieve better work-life balance. You’ll engage directly with a caseload of 10-12 students, guiding them towards success in a collaborative and caring environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience working in a school setting strongly preferred
• Ability to supervise and mentor 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Completion of Therapeutic Crisis Intervention in Schools (TCIS) Training is required (the district will sponsor this four-day training if you haven’t completed it)
• Availability to begin as soon as possible, continuing through May 21, 2026

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with school staff, administration, and families to implement effective behavioral interventions
• Offer direct supervision and ongoing support to assigned RBTs, promoting professional development and best practices
• Monitor, collect, and analyze student data to evaluate the effectiveness of intervention plans, adjusting as needed
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current with district initiatives and requirements

The hourly compensation for this opportunity ranges from $45-$55, reflecting your expertise and the value you bring to students’ lives.
