Looking for a dynamic opportunity to utilize your Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) expertise in an educational setting? This is a full-time contract position with a strong focus on supporting students and collaborating with professionals passionate about making a difference. You'll work 37.5 hours per week, generally between 7:15 AM and 4:15 PM, with possibilities for flexible scheduling to support your work-life balance.

In this role, you'll manage a caseload of 10-12 students, ensuring individualized support and intervention strategies. As a supervisor to 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), you'll provide guidance and mentorship, helping to ensure consistent, high-quality behavioral services. The position runs from as soon as possible through May 21, 2026.

As part of your onboarding, you'll have the opportunity to attend a comprehensive 4-day Therapeutic Crisis Intervention for Schools (TCIS) training at no cost to you—completion of this training is a requirement for the role, fully covered by the district.

Key Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working in school settings or with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Willingness to attend and complete TCIS training

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans for students
  • Supervise and support RBTs in daily activities
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families
  • Maintain thorough documentation of student progress
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise

Compensation for this role ranges from $45 to $55 per hour, recognizing your skills and commitment.
