Key Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
  • Experience working in a school environment preferred
  • Proficiency in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, families, and administration
  • Flexibility and adaptability within dynamic educational settings

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess student needs and design evidence-based behavioral programs
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement effective strategies
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Provide staff training and coaching in behavior management techniques
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation for all services rendered
