Empower students and make a daily impact working as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a dynamic school environment on a contract basis. This full-time opportunity involves helping students with disabilities achieve greater success in the least restrictive environment (LRE). Your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis will be essential in supporting individualized programs that create positive, inclusive experiences for all learners.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Current BCBA certification or RBT credential required
  • Experience working in school settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of LRE principles and best practices for supporting students with disabilities
  • Ability to develop and implement effective behavioral plans
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Committed to fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere for students

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and collect data to inform individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educational staff and related service providers to support SWDs in the least restrictive environment
  • Deliver direct instruction and behavior support services as needed
  • Monitor student progress and adjust plans based on data
  • Train and coach school staff on behavior management strategies
  • Communicate regularly with families and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
