Qualifications:
- Valid California Board of Occupational Therapy License required
- Background and skills in school-based occupational therapy, ideally serving K-12 students
- Experience or knowledge as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services 32.5 hours weekly on a single school campus
- Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions tailored for each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate therapies into the classroom and home environment
- Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and complete necessary documentation in a timely manner
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the school community’s wellness and success
