Qualifications:

  • Valid California Board of Occupational Therapy License required
  • Background and skills in school-based occupational therapy, ideally serving K-12 students
  • Experience or knowledge as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services 32.5 hours weekly on a single school campus
  • Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions tailored for each student’s needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate therapies into the classroom and home environment
  • Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and complete necessary documentation in a timely manner
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the school community’s wellness and success
