Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Clovis, CA

Key Qualifications:

• Current California Board of Occupational Therapy License (OT or strong COTA)
• Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
• Knowledge of sensory, motor, and adaptive development in children and adolescents
• Ability to create and implement individualized therapy plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and support staff
• Professional, flexible, and organized approach

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to a varied student population
• Evaluate students’ motor, sensory, and functional abilities to determine support needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized goals as part of the IEP team
• Consult with teachers and staff to support student participation in school routines and activities
• Document therapy sessions and student progress according to state and district requirements
• Collaborate with other professionals and families to integrate therapy goals within the educational environment
• Assist with transition planning and support for students as needed
