Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Clovis, CA

Key Qualifications:

• California Board of Occupational Therapy License (required)
• Background in school-based occupational therapy
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and families
• Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic approach supporting students
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with diverse student populations, including implementing and monitoring various therapy interventions

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services for students, supporting a variety of needs across age groups
• Administer assessments and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Develop customized treatment plans and therapy goals
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Work hand-in-hand with educators and school teams to maximize student success in the classroom environment
• Support students in developing or refining motor, sensory, and functional life skills
