Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Licensed to practice as required
  • Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse school teams

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to support student growth
  • Provide ongoing consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams, sharing your expertise and strategies
  • Engage in continuous progress monitoring, thorough data analysis, and accurate documentation to inform best practices
  • Collaborate closely with IEP teams, participating in meetings and ensuring educational plans reflect behavioral best practices

This contract position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, giving you the consistency to build relationships and make a lasting impact. Caseloads will vary according to district needs, allowing you to use your knowledge across a spectrum of students and situations.
