Certified High School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Colfax, North Carolina

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Valid state licensure as required for practice in schools

• Flexible in supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school levels

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
• Develop and implement evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide ongoing consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
• Monitor student progress, analyze behavior data, and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with IEP teams, attending meetings and contributing to student-centered planning
