Apply NowStep into a fulfilling role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) serving a supportive school district near Collegeville, PA for the 2025-2026 academic year. This full-time, on-site position creates a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by consulting and coaching rather than providing direct ABA services. Starting as soon as possible and running through late May (with consideration for emergency days), you’ll enjoy variety and impact across several school buildings.
In this contract role, you’ll partner with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams, help complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and collaborate within a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) at Tiers I, II, and III. Expect support from an experienced lead BCBA and/or district administrator. You’ll help drive positive behavioral change by guiding staff and delivering expertise in evidence-based practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Previous experience in a K-12 school setting preferred
- Demonstrated strength in coaching, training, or consulting with educators and multidisciplinary teams
- Comprehensive understanding of FBA/BIP processes and MTSS behavioral frameworks
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability to work across multiple buildings and collaborate with diverse teams
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and consultation to school staff on behavioral strategies and interventions
- Lead or support the development and implementation of FBAs and BIPs
- Assist with the integration of behavioral supports within MTSS Tier I, II, and III systems
- Collaborate closely with IEP teams, administrators, and education professionals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
