Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst within several school buildings
• Focus on a coaching and training model, rather than direct ABA services
• Collaborate with IEP teams to complete Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
• Support the implementation of Tier I/II/III MTSS behavioral systems alongside a lead BCBA and/or district administrator
• Contribute to developing best practices and innovative behavioral supports

Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Prior experience in educational or school settings preferred
• Strong coaching, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with FBA, BIP, and MTSS behavioral systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
