Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst within several school buildings
- Focus on a coaching and training model, rather than direct ABA services
- Collaborate with IEP teams to complete Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
- Support the implementation of Tier I/II/III MTSS behavioral systems alongside a lead BCBA and/or district administrator
- Contribute to developing best practices and innovative behavioral supports
Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Prior experience in educational or school settings preferred
- Strong coaching, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with FBA, BIP, and MTSS behavioral systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
