Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Proven experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans in school-based or pediatric settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, parents, and school staff
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Behavior Analyst in Tennessee
• Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and provide ongoing staff training

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess student behavior through direct observations and data analysis
• Design, deliver, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with IEP teams to develop student-centered strategies and ensure compliance
• Train and guide educators, staff, and families in implementing ABA principles and interventions
• Monitor progress and adjust plans based on student data and outcomes
• Provide crisis intervention support as needed and serve as a liaison for behavioral expertise within the school
