Qualifications and Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Active, valid state license to practice in the school setting
• Proven experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school environments
• Strong understanding of behavioral assessment tools and intervention strategies
• Ability to develop and implement effective IEPs and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Excellent communication and consultation skills with staff, students, and families
• Commitment to ethical best practices and professional standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments for students referred by staff and teachers
• Design, deliver, and monitor individualized evidence-based behavior intervention plans
• Support teachers and paraprofessionals through training and ongoing coaching
• Gather, analyze, and report on data to track progress and refine student interventions
• Collaborate closely with school teams, administration, and parents in managing behavioral goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on behavioral supports and accommodations
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and district policies
