Key Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification
- Valid state licensure
- Experience working with elementary, middle, or high school students
- Exceptional communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to design and implement evidence-based behavioral interventions

- Skill in training and supporting school staff, teachers, and families

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students across a range of settings
- Develop, monitor, and update individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral support services to students and staff
- Lead Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as needed
- Offer staff training to support implementation of behavior strategies
- Participate in team meetings to review student progress and adjust plans as necessary
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation according to school and district guidelines
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective program development
