Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification.
• Valid licensure to practice as a behavior analyst.
• Experience delivering behavioral services across elementary, middle, and high school settings.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to students’ unique needs.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Train and support teachers and staff in implementing behavioral strategies within the classroom.
• Collaborate with IEP teams to ensure compliance and delivery of services aligned with educational goals.
• Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as necessary, and maintain thorough records.
• Serve as a resource for school staff on best practices in behavioral supports and crisis intervention.
