Elementary Certified BCBA in Colorado Springs, CO

Key Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification
• Valid state licensure
• Experience working with elementary, middle, or high school students

• Skill in training and supporting school staff, teachers, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students across a range of settings
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct and consultative behavioral support services to students and staff
• Lead Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as needed
• Offer staff training to support implementation of behavior strategies
• Participate in team meetings to review student progress and adjust plans as necessary
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation according to school and district guidelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective program development
